The store had exactly what you like to see` happy returning customers the entire time we were in the store. Kathy` Trinity` and staff knew many by name and each one received individualized help to meet their needs` no matter the size of their intended purchase. The store has a wide variety of bling from modern to more traditional items. The “travel jewelry” was an especially fun section. A lovely selection of faith jewelry` too.

I can’t say enough good things about Zembar Jewelers in my hometown of New Lenny. I brought in my vintage gold watch with an expansion band that needed adjustment. The team quickly realized the expansion band was a bit too complex to handle in-store` so they shipped my watch out for adjustment at no charge.

Normally` that process takes 2–3 weeks` which is completely understandable—but I had a wedding on August 9th and dropped it off only about 10 days before. They went above and beyond by putting a rush on the repair` getting it back to the store in time` and even calling me the minute it arrived so I could pick it up the day before the wedding.

The customer service was perfect from Cara and the other associates` as well. Every interaction was friendly and professional` making me feel like my project actually mattered. This kind of customer care is rare in the days of big business. I recommend Zembar for all your jewelry shopping` repairs` and alterations—you won’t find better service anywhere` and the prices on the items I saw in store` on top of the cost to alter my watch` were the absolute best in the area.
